I am Bro. Mariano Soe Naing, SDB (Salesians of Don Bosco). Born in a little village called Ywadaw of Shwe Bo Township. Currently, I am studying Theology in the Don Bosco Center of Studies, Paranaque City, Philippines. To this end I hope to be ordained a priest. I was in Nazareth Salesian Seminary, Anisakan, Pyin Oo Lwin since 1981 at the age of 12. I had worked for some years in the diocese of Lashio, Northern Shan State.

I have made this page as a trial. After browsing many pages done by the Burmese students I felt that I should also do something since I have many things to share with you. I do not want to be a passive member of the society but be an active member and be a contributor rather than being a consumer all the time.

There are poems, collections of my readings, songs and pictures in this little CASA. Please enjoy them and leave a feedback after you have gone through these. It is my desire to do the best (perhaps, I am a perfectionist). I have left a good collection of poems, pictures and notes in Myanmar. I hope to present more when I get them. Although I am not a computer student, I've great interest in this area. I was able to construct this page by reading different tutors from the net and by studying how others have done, especially the pages of Burmese. If there is any hidden room of improvement, please let me know.

I know that this little work of mine is a tiny drop of water in a great ocean but I am glad that I have done something. With this little work I wish that the education system of Myanmar be improved and the all the students of my country be given chance to live their God given grace to the full. I also pray that all the youth of Myanmar be able to live their life meaningfully and gracefully to the full.
